Chris Hannah began his stint behind the bar in the late 90’s at Duck News Cafe. The demographics of his clientele ranged from the ages of 40 to 60, and their drinking habits were an emulation of how their parents enjoyed drinks during the cocktail’s hey-day. Hannah’s first experiences mixing drinks were with the classic cocktails such as Stingers, Manhattans and Gin Martini’s. It’s when he moved to New Orleans and the French 75 Bar in ’04 where he discovered that cocktails have a fun life-story and history. Hannah is on his 12th year behind the French 75 Bar.
